Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute the final visual production of our brand by skillfully measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials like wood and lightweight steel.
• Develop the strategic blueprint for our projects by preparing precise layouts that conform to all building codes.
• Construct the core visual framework of our projects by building foundations, installing floor systems, and erecting walls and roofs.
• Enhance and revitalize brand assets through expert maintenance, repair, and renovation of residences and other structures.

Digital Channel Management

• Manage the project’s digital backbone by accurately estimating costs and materials required for successful completion.
• Operate our project management channels to effectively schedule and co-ordinate work across various construction sites.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as the lead construction influencer on-site, directly shaping project outcomes by supervising other workers and instructing apprentices.
• Coordinate the daily “campaign” of construction activities, ensuring the team is aligned and productive.
• Directly influence the team’s success by embodying the values of a reliable and collaborative team player.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the foundational operational support for every project by expertly managing the construction and renovation process from the ground up.
• Serve as the operational engine on-site, driving the physical construction work that underpins the entire project’s success.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—perfectly finished structures—by meticulously fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Serve as the final quality control for our structural “advertisements,” ensuring every finished detail perfectly represents our brand’s commitment to quality.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate effectively in English to instruct apprentices, supervise team members, and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate as an essential team player, demonstrating reliability and sound judgement to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of proven experience in a professional carpentry role.
• A reliable team player with excellent judgement and the ability to lead and instruct others.
