Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Develop and maintain the foundational “brand content” of our business: our meticulous and organized financial records.
• Strategically manage and create detailed reports on our company’s fixed assets and depreciation, providing a clear visual of our asset value.
• Ensure all financial documentation is produced with an exceptional level of attention to detail, reflecting our company’s commitment to accuracy.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate and manage our core digital financial channels, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, to establish, maintain, and balance all accounts.
• Expertly manage the flow of financial data within these channels by accurately posting all journal entries in a timely manner.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate and execute the critical “payroll campaign” by accurately calculating and preparing cheques, directly influencing employee satisfaction and trust.
• Champion financial accuracy throughout the organization by leading the recurring “reconciliation campaign” for all key accounts.
• Serve as a key internal influencer for organized and reliable financial practices within our fast-paced environment.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the essential back-end financial framework that is critical to the success and stability of the entire business operation.
• Support the company’s long-term asset management strategy by meticulously calculating and tracking fixed assets and depreciation.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop clear and concise financial summaries that act as internal “advertisements” of the company’s payroll and asset status for management review.
• Create detailed account reconciliations that “advertise” the financial health and accuracy of our books to stakeholders.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively in English with all relevant team members and departments.
• Function as a dedicated and organized team player, collaborating to ensure the financial health and integrity of the company.

Preferred Attributes

• A degree or diploma from a College/CEGEP program in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a comprehensive bookkeeping or accounting role.
• An organized professional with a strong ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
