Digital Channel Management
- Master and manage a diverse portfolio of digital financial channels and accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Caseware, and ADP.
- Expertly utilize a full suite of digital tools like MS Excel, MS Office, TaxPrep, and various spreadsheets to post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain balanced records.
- Operate essential office machinery like scanners to digitize and manage financial documentation within our systems.
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate and execute the critical monthly “payroll campaign” by accurately calculating and preparing cheques, directly influencing employee satisfaction and trust.
- Lead the crucial “tax compliance campaign” by preparing and filing all necessary tax returns with sound judgment and precision.
- Champion financial accuracy throughout the organization by leading the recurring “reconciliation campaign” for all key accounts, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
- Provide the essential back-end financial framework that is critical to the success of the entire business, thriving under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the company’s long-term asset management strategy by accurately calculating and tracking fixed assets and depreciation.
- Serve as the reliable financial backbone of the company, demonstrating the adaptability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
Digital Advertising Development
- Develop and create key financial and statistical reports that serve as internal “advertisements” of the company’s performance and fiscal health for management and stakeholders.
- Craft the ultimate advertisement of our financial standing—the official financial statements and tax returns—for management, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Communication and Collaboration
- Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to report financial information and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Function as a flexible, dependable, and client-focused team player, using efficient interpersonal skills and superior time management to support all departmental needs.
Preferred Attributes
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a comprehensive bookkeeping or accounting role.
- No specific degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Proficiency across a wide range of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.) and the MS Office Suite is essential.
- An accurate, organized, and reliable professional with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
