Job Description

  • Location: On-site in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Republic of Korea
  • Employment Type: Full-time (following internship)
  • Work Schedule:
    • Regular: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM, 6 days/week (weekdays off)
    • Internship: 4 weeks part-time
      • Weekdays: 6.5–7.5 hours/day (4 days/week)
      • Weekends: 8 hours/day (2 days/week)
  • Languages Required: Korean (used in all work)
  • Education: Not specified, but junior college or higher preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years required
  • Visa Eligibility:
    • Must hold D-10, F-series, or D-2 visa with valid work permit
    • TOPIK Level 5 or higher and KIIP Level 4 or higher required
    • Applicants must reside within 60 minutes of Andong or Yecheon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts
  • Prepare ingredients and maintain cleanliness of production areas
  • Assist with cooking and kitchen sanitation
  • Participate in structured training and performance evaluation
  • Comply with Korean labor and immigration regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bakery, restaurant, café, food processing, or manufacturing
  • TOPIK Level 6 or higher
  • Familiarity with Korean workplace culture and food production standards
