Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Open, sort, and distribute mail and other incoming materials

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and meetings

  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries

  • Order and manage office supplies while maintaining inventory levels

  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations as needed

  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems

  • Type, format, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent (1–2 year program)

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant administrative experience

  • Strong proficiency in office software and computer applications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
