Core Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and internal events
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings and formal gatherings
• Establish and maintain office procedures and daily routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments and travel arrangements
• Respond to telephone calls and electronic inquiries professionally
• Compile and analyze data, statistics, and operational information
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
• Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and official documents

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in an administrative or office support role
• Language: English
• Work Location: On-site only; remote work is not available

Employment Details

• Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; early morning, morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Salary: CAD 29.00 per hour
• Start Date: As soon as possible
