Century21 Property Zone Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brampton, ON. In this role, you will support the real estate office with administrative and clerical duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation while maintaining compliance with legal and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and distribute incoming mail (regular and electronic) and other materials

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

  • Train and support staff in office procedures

  • Maintain and organize filing systems (manual and electronic)

  • Establish office procedures and routines

  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations

  • Prepare and key in correspondence, contracts, invoices, and legal documents

  • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with legal procedures, and correct grammar

  • Assist with records, reports, and correspondence for management and real estate transactions

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of related administrative experience (real estate experience an asset)

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and email communication

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Must be bondable

Work Environment:

  • Location: Brampton, ON (on-site role, no remote option)

  • Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks

  • Permanent, full-time employment (32–40 hours per week)

  • Salary: $25.00 per hour

  • Public transportation available
