Job Description

Shine Contracting & Construction Management Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations and client-facing communications at its Surrey location. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive hourly wage of $36.70 for 40 hours per week and requires on-site presence across morning, day, and weekend shifts, with overtime available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative routines, managing communications, and supporting internal documentation and scheduling. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain office procedures and daily routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries professionally
  • Compile and organize data, statistics, and reports
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Support internal communications and document management

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Flexible, organized, and reliable work ethic
