Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and internal meetings
  • Supervise and train other administrative staff
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and events
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Respond to telephone calls and relay messages professionally
  • Prepare and manage reports, contracts, and invoices
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems

Technical Proficiency

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite
  • Specialization in reports, records, contracts, and invoicing

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in an administrative or office support role
  • Language: English
  • Work Location: On-site only; remote work is not available

Employment Details

  • Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week; morning, day, and evening shifts
  • Salary: CAD 29.00 per hour
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
