- Strategically create the trial balance of books, which serves as the foundational “brand standard” for our financial integrity.
- Maintain all financial records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the core data that represents our business is flawless, even in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Digital Channel Management
- Operate and manage our core digital financial channels, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, to establish, maintain, and balance all accounts.
- Expertly manage the flow of data within these channels by accurately posting journal entries using a full suite of tools including MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word.
- Utilize MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint to communicate and present financial information derived from these core systems.
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate and execute the critical “payroll campaign” by accurately calculating and preparing cheques, directly influencing employee satisfaction and trust.
- Lead the crucial “tax compliance campaign” by preparing and filing all necessary tax returns with precision and sound judgment.
- Champion financial accuracy throughout the organization by leading the “reconciliation campaign” for all key accounts, ensuring data integrity.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
- Provide the essential back-end financial framework that is critical to the success of the entire business, thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Serve as the reliable financial backbone of the company, ensuring all commercial activities are supported by flawless and up-to-date records.
Digital Advertising Development
- Develop and create key financial, statistical, and accounting reports that serve as internal “advertisements” of the company’s performance and fiscal health.
- Craft the ultimate advertisement of our financial standing—the official financial statements and tax returns—for management and regulatory review.
Communication and Collaboration
- Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to report financial information and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Function as a flexible, reliable, and client-focused team player, using efficient interpersonal skills and time management to support all departmental needs.
Preferred Attributes
- A degree or diploma from a College/CEGEP program in a relevant field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of proven experience in a comprehensive bookkeeping or accounting role.
- An organized and accurate professional with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency across the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows).
