How will your application be processed?
Once you submit your application, the organization team will evaluate it. At this stage, applicants with incomplete information will be discarded from the list. Only qualified candidates with the right documentation and criteria will be shortlisted. After all of this, the merit list will be displayed, and you will be called for an interview.
The hiring will be done on a merit basis. The merit is flexible. It changes every year depending on the average candidate’s score.
Interview Processing:
The panel, which includes senior faculty members, department heads, university administrators, and sometimes experts from outside, will interview you and assess your experience, knowledge, and fit for the role.
This interview will be tough. It may last an hour, especially for senior posts. Once you clear the interview, you’ll receive the offer letter from the principal office within the prescribed period.
Working Hours:
You must be present for 6 hours of the working day. If you miss your duty hours, you will be marked as absent.

A copy of the CNIC, state subject, and domicile certificate.
