Key Responsibilities:

• Generate compelling content ideas and oversee production with the Content Team
• Review performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Leverage community and industry trends to inform strategy and drive innovation
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients
• Support new business development through insights and proposals

Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in English and Korean
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or related fields
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities
• High levels of initiative, creativity, and accountability

• Agency experience with client-facing responsibilities
