The Global Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies, managing global social media channels, collaborating with partners and influencers, and optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights. This role requires strong cross-cultural communication skills and expertise in global marketing to enhance brand presence and customer experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Global Market Strategy: Develop marketing strategies reflecting trends of English-speaking and global customers; identify growth opportunities.
Social Media Marketing: Manage global social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok); plan and execute content and campaigns in English.
Partner & Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with global partners and influencers in K-pop, travel, and telecommunications to promote the WOWPASS brand.
Data-driven Optimization: Enhance campaigns and brand strategies using performance indicators and customer feedback.
Localization & CX: Localize messages and experiences for diverse markets, including touchpoints such as airport pickup, apps, and commerce pages.
Qualifications
Customer-first mindset: Deeply understand customer needs and experiences.
Language Proficiency:
English: Native or near-native fluency for global communication.
Korean: Business-level proficiency for internal collaboration.
Hands-on Mindset:
Ownership & Execution: Ability to manage strategy, execution, and reporting across campaigns.
Global Marketing Expertise: 5–10 years of experience in global/cross-border marketing with knowledge of core markets (US, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania).
Preferred Skills
Insight into K-Culture (K-POP, K-content, Korean tourism trends).
Experience managing brand channels on Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube.
Background in global startups, platforms, fintech, or travel/tourism industries.
