Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute the final visual production of our brand by preparing and cooking specialized meals for customers, including those with food allergies or intolerances.
• Develop the brand’s culinary strategy by planning menus, estimating food requirements, and organizing buffets and banquets.
• Maintain the brand’s commitment to quality and safety by meticulously inspecting all kitchens and food service areas.
• Uphold our standards for a professional environment by ensuring the kitchen and all work areas are impeccably clean at all times.

Digital Channel Management

• Manage the kitchen’s digital backbone by maintaining precise inventory records for all food, supplies, and equipment.
• Operate our digital procurement channels to accurately order all necessary supplies and equipment to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as the lead culinary influencer, directly shaping the customer experience by managing all day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Coordinate and lead the daily “campaign” of meal service by supervising, training, and recruiting kitchen staff and helpers.
• Directly influence the success of the establishment by being the primary individual responsible for the kitchen’s performance and team development.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the foundational operational support for the entire establishment by expertly managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Serve as the operational engine of the kitchen, ensuring that all processes—from menu planning and staff management to procurement and preparation—are flawlessly executed.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop and create the primary “advertisement” for our brand—delicious and well-prepared meals, buffets, and banquets—from initial concept to final execution.
• Serve as the final quality control for our culinary “advertisements,” ensuring every dish and event is a perfect representation of our brand.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate effectively in English to train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures.
• Collaborate with and supervise the team to maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of proven experience in a professional cooking or kitchen management role.
• A proven leader with strong attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while working under pressure.
• Applicants can be Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada, or other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.
