Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

  • Execute our in-store brand strategy by meticulously stocking shelves to ensure a full and appealing product display across our convenience, gas, and liquor departments.
  • Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers and maintaining a clean, professional counter area.
  • Uphold our brand’s standards for a welcoming atmosphere by creating a positive first impression for every customer.

Digital Channel Management

  • Operate and manage our primary digital sales channels, including the electronic cash register and Interac machine, with speed and accuracy.
  • Utilize our point-of-sale technology to expertly scan items and process payments for all goods and services.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

  • Act as a key brand influencer by providing dependable and friendly customer service that builds customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate a seamless and responsible customer journey, from the initial greeting to verifying the age of customers for the sale of regulated products.
  • Directly influence a positive shopping experience by being a helpful and efficient point of contact for all customers.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Provide the essential financial support for our entire operation by accurately receiving and processing all customer payments.
  • Serve as the logistical backbone of the store by ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and products are ready for purchase.
  • Ensure strict operational compliance by diligently performing age verification for all lottery, alcohol, and tobacco sales.

Digital Advertising Development

  • Serve as a living advertisement for our brand’s commitment to friendly and reliable service in every customer interaction.
  • Develop a positive final impression that encourages repeat business and reinforces our brand’s value.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Utilize excellent oral communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Function as a flexible and dependable team player, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is considered a valuable asset.
