Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production
- Execute our brand strategy across multiple settings—including our restaurant, hotel, gas bar, and grocery store—by meticulously stocking shelves and maintaining clean, professional counter areas.
- Serve as the primary visual and verbal representative of our brand by greeting all customers and participating in on-site promotional activities.
- Manage the final stage of product presentation by expertly wrapping or bagging merchandise for our diverse clientele.
- Uphold our brand’s standards for a secure environment by monitoring all entrances and exits and politely verifying proof of payment.
Digital Channel Management
- Master and manage our suite of digital sales channels, including the electronic cash register, price scanner, and Interac machine.
- Manage our customer reservation and order channels by accurately accepting bookings and take-out requests.
- Produce a daily digital performance report by calculating and reconciling all payments received against total sales.
Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination
- Act as a key product influencer through strategic suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience across all our business lines.
- Coordinate a seamless and responsible customer journey, from providing exceptional service to verifying the age of customers for the sale of regulated products.
- Directly influence a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and locals alike in a fast-paced resort environment.
Global E-Commerce and Retail Support
- Provide essential financial support for our entire operation by processing all payments, tabulating totals, and accurately calculating foreign currency exchanges.
- Serve as the operational engine in a physically demanding, high-pressure environment, handling heavy loads and ensuring all departments run smoothly.
- Offer critical logistical support by ensuring all retail areas are consistently stocked and ready for business.
Digital Advertising Development
- Develop compelling, one-on-one verbal “advertisements” for our various products and services through effective suggestive selling.
- Create the final, itemized “advertisement” of a customer’s purchase by accurately scanning items and tabulating their total bill.
- Craft a daily financial performance report that “advertises” the success of the shift’s sales activities.
Communication and Collaboration
- Utilize excellent oral communication skills in English to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Function as a flexible, dependable, and mature team player, collaborating across different business units to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Preferred Attributes
- Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar customer-facing or retail role.
- Must be bondable and able to successfully pass a criminal record check, credit check, and provide references.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
