Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

• Execute the final stage of our brand presentation by setting tables with clean dishes, flatware, and linen.
• Maintain the visual appeal of all dining and service areas by clearing tables and replenishing condiments and supplies.
• Contribute to the aesthetic of our food offerings by portioning and wrapping foods and packaging take-out orders.
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas reflect our brand’s commitment to cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing all surfaces.

Digital Channel Management

• Operate and manage our primary sanitation channels, including industrial dishwashers, to process dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Utilize manual and electrical appliances to efficiently clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs for preparation.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

• Act as a direct brand ambassador by serving customers at counters or buffet tables with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Coordinate the customer order campaign by taking orders accurately and ensuring a smooth handoff to the kitchen team.
• Directly influence the customer experience by ensuring all serving areas are well-stocked and impeccably clean.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

• Provide the foundational support for our entire operation by sanitizing and washing all dishes, pots, and pans by hand and machine.
• Manage the initial stage of our supply chain by receiving, unpacking, and storing all supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary operational environment by cleaning all kitchen surfaces, appliances, and storage areas and removing garbage and trash.

Digital Advertising Development

• Develop and create our core product by preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items for service.
• Contribute to product development by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits for various dishes.
• Create perfectly portioned and stocked salad bars, directly contributing to the “advertised” quality of our food offerings.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English when taking customer orders and interacting with the kitchen and service teams.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow between the back-of-house and front-of-house.

Preferred Attributes

• Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is considered a valuable asset.
• A hardworking and reliable individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Applicants must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
