Job Description

Brand Content Strategy and Visual Production

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle’s condition and presentation meet company standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, brake adjustments, and emergency roadside repairs to maintain operational excellence and vehicle integrity.
  • Strategically plan and adjust routes using navigation equipment to optimize efficiency, and ensure the safety and security of cargo through proper handling and tarping.

Digital Channel Management

  • Operate GPS, computer equipment, and other navigation systems to manage routes and monitor changing road conditions.
  • Utilize onboard communication systems to receive and relay critical information to and from central dispatch, ensuring seamless operational flow.

Influencer Marketing and Campaign Coordination

  • Serve as the frontline representative of the company, addressing customer complaints and concerns with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Coordinate logistics with partners when driving as part of a two-person team or convoy to ensure timely and successful delivery campaigns.
  • Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.

Global E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of long-haul, international, and provincial/territorial transport assignments.
  • Secure all special permits, trans-border documentation, and bills of lading required to transport cargo across international routes.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, including the specialized transport and handling of dangerous materials.

Digital Advertising Development

  • Develop and maintain precise operational documentation critical to business performance and compliance.
  • Accurately record and manage driver logbooks, cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption reports.
  • Generate detailed maintenance, repair, and incident/accident reports as required for internal review and record-keeping.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Maintain clear and effective communication in English with dispatch, customers, and regulatory personnel.
  • Operate various communication systems to stay connected with the central operations team throughout every trip.

Preferred Attributes

  • Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of professional trucking experience.
  • Specialized experience with flatbed, straight truck, and tractor-trailer equipment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mountain driving conditions.
  • A clean driving record (abstract) is required for safety clearance.
  • Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent/temporary residents, or candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.
