Global Platform Operations

• Assist in managing sales and marketing activities on platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other international e-commerce channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement platform-specific strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution

• Contribute to the design and rollout of online and offline marketing campaigns, including promotional events and seasonal initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.

Market Research and Consumer Insights

• Conduct country-specific research to identify local consumer behaviors, cultural preferences, and emerging market trends.
• Analyze data to inform campaign strategies and product positioning across diverse regions.

Content and Influencer Management

• Support the creation and scheduling of global social media and digital content across platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaign reach and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Assist in managing secondary usage rights and performance tracking of influencer content.

Communication and Collaboration

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt messaging and strategies to suit local market conditions and cultural nuances.

Preferred Attributes and Experience

• Conversational proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
• Prior experience with global platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Shopee is preferred.
• Background in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital advertising is beneficial.
• Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or e-commerce operations is desirable.
