The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a wellness and spa facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, policy implementation, budget control, and team supervision to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and evaluate daily spa operations to ensure service quality and efficiency
Plan and organize staff schedules and workflow across service areas
Establish and implement operational policies and procedures for staff compliance
Manage inventory levels and control budget expenditures
Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3 to 4 employees
Address customer complaints and ensure resolution in a professional manner
Maintain a structured and client-focused environment aligned with wellness standards
Required Qualifications
Secondary school graduation certificate
One to two years of experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage customer service operations and team performance
