The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a full-service dining establishment, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff performance, and compliance with provincial regulations. Core Responsibilities
Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations
Modify food preparation methods and pricing strategies to align with budgetary goals
Supervise, train, and schedule staff across various shifts
Implement operational procedures and determine service offerings
Conduct performance reviews and enforce liquor legislation and health regulations
Manage inventory and supplier coordination
Balance cash, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate documentation
Address customer concerns and ensure service quality
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional planning
Lead and instruct team members to achieve operational targets
Required Qualifications
Secondary school graduation certificate
Three to five years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and electronic cash registers
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
