Job Description

RMA Technologies Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support its administrative and financial operations at its Cambridge, Ontario location. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 for 37 to 44 hours per week. The role requires on-site presence during daytime hours and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office communications, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. This position is ideal for candidates with foundational accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries professionally
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Set up and manage manual and computerized filing systems
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of a 1–2 year college or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field
  • 1 to less than 2 years of administrative or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Simply Accounting
  • Familiarity with computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
