Job Description

Hyundai Engineering & Construction is recruiting foreign students for multiple roles across engineering, business, and support functions. Successful candidates will contribute to global infrastructure projects, internal systems, and international business development. Depending on your major and placement, responsibilities may include:

1. Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering

  • Developing and implementing construction plans and quality control systems
  • Managing project budgets, contracts, and regulatory permits
  • Conducting overseas market research and supporting new business development

2. Support Headquarters

  • Purchasing & Global Business (Humanities/Social Sciences):
    • Identifying and managing overseas partners
    • Supporting international sales and marketing initiatives
  • IT (Computer Engineering):
    • Developing and managing internal systems
  • Quality (Architecture/Civil Engineering):
    • Planning and delivering quality training for foreign field workers

3. Safety (Safety/Construction Engineering)

  • Operating safety and health systems
  • Promoting safety culture and developing safety programs

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a domestic 4-year university (or expected graduation by February 2026)
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.5 scale
  • Language proficiency: TOPIK Level 3+ or KIIP Level 4+
  • Must hold or be eligible to change to a work-related visa (D10, F2, F4, F5, F6, E1–E7)
  • Initial contract-based employment with potential conversion to full-time based on performance

Recruitment Timeline
