Job Description:

Guest Relations & Reservation Management

  • Handle reservations for Korean and international customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to guests regarding services, schedules, and inquiries.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver friendly, professional service that reflects the brand’s premium hospitality standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in reception, hotel, or restaurant environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree or coursework in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is an advantage

Visa & Employment Details:

  • Preferred Visa Types: F-2 (Residence), F-4 (Overseas Korean), F-5 (Permanent), F-6 (International Marriage)
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM (Break: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
  • Work Schedule: Five-day workweek, closed every Tuesday
