Job Description:

BORN & BRED Seoul is seeking a bilingual receptionist to manage reservations and deliver exceptional customer service to both Korean and international guests. This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations for domestic and foreign customers
• Provide in-person customer service and guest guidance
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
• Communicate fluently in Korean and English

Qualifications:

• Korean and English language proficiency required
• Preferred: Experience in reception, hotel, or restaurant settings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM (Break: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
• Five-day workweek (closed every Tuesday)
• Location: 1 Majang-ro 42-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul
