About the Team

Bell Canada’s Pension Group manages pension assets exceeding $20 billion, overseeing plan design, administration, communications, registration, and actuarial valuations. This executive opportunity is ideal for experienced actuarial professionals seeking to shape sustainable pension strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct actuarial valuations and IFRS accounting for pension plans

• Prepare and deliver presentations for pension committees

• Lead mandates related to asset-liability management

• Support initiatives and communications for accumulation plans

• Collaborate with external administrators on operational and compliance issues

Critical Qualifications

• University degree in Actuarial Sciences

• 10+ years of related pension/actuarial consulting experience

• Designation (or near completion) from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries

• Strong knowledge of pension plan design, regulations, and administration

Preferred Skills

• High initiative with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to manage complex challenges proactively

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Adequate knowledge of French (required in Quebec)
