The Opportunity
Join the in-house legal team of a leading UAE-based real estate and destination development firm. With a presence across real estate, hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors, this group is seeking a bilingual (Arabic-English) Legal Counsel to support its growing operations across the UAE and wider GCC.
This is a hands-on legal role covering commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings, working directly with multiple business units and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supply, consultancy, and service agreements
Advise on corporate compliance, governance frameworks, and regulatory matters across the GCC
Handle licensing and regulatory filings with UAE authorities
Work closely with internal teams to provide clear, business-focused legal guidance
Candidate Profile
Bilingual Arabic-English qualified lawyer with 4–7 years PQE in corporate and commercial law
Proven track record in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance within the UAE or GCC
Strong knowledge of licensing, government dealings, and commercial risk assessment
Excellent communication skills and ability to support diverse internal stakeholders
