Junior Legal Counsel – Procurement & Contracts

The Opportunity
A prestigious real estate and destination development company based in the UAE is looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel to support its in-house legal team. This role offers the chance to work across a broad portfolio—including real estate, hospitality, tourism, and commercial projects—and develop your career within a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review procurement, vendor, and services agreements
Support tender reviews, bidding processes, and RFPs with legal oversight
Assist with contract management and governance, working alongside senior legal counsel
Provide clear, practical legal advice to support the procurement and supply chain teams
Who We’re Looking For
Qualified lawyer (UK, US, or Commonwealth jurisdiction) with 1–3 years PQE
Experience in commercial contracts or procurement law, gained in private practice or in-house
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from senior legal professionals
