The Opportunity
A leading UAE-based real estate and destination development group is looking for a Bilingual Litigation Lawyer (Arabic-English) to join their in-house legal team. The firm operates across real estate, hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors, offering a dynamic, high-profile legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation across commercial, construction, and real estate disputes in UAE courts
Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and opinions to support case strategy and resolution
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies to guide litigation outcomes
Advise management on legal risk, settlement strategy, and compliance with UAE law
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual Arabic-English lawyer with 6–10 years PQE in UAE litigation
Solid understanding of UAE court procedures and local law
Strong experience in managing disputes across sectors (real estate, construction, commercial)
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills under high-pressure environments
In-house or private practice litigation background welcomed
