Join alfanar, a leading construction and manufacturing group headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of our Building Systems division, we specialize in façade cladding, architectural aluminum, precast concrete, and real estate development. We’re currently looking for a talented Architect Engineer to join our Project Management Office (PMO).
In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that architectural and technical requirements are met on time and in full compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with site teams, QC, and design engineers, helping resolve technical issues, managing changes, and coordinating between stakeholders to keep projects on track.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in architectural fit-outs, curtain wall systems, and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of design software (AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit), SAP, and Power BI. You should be comfortable using project management tools and have solid communication and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field
3–10 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI
Strong knowledge of architectural and MEP systems
Experience in clash detection and quality checks
